Handmade & Natural Variations: Due to the artisanal and natural nature of our inventory (including stones, hand-dyed apparel, and boutique gifts), please expect slight variations in color, size, and texture. These are not considered defects but are hallmarks of the unique, "kindred" nature of our products.

1. Returns: We want you to love your Kindred finds. For boutique items, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase/delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition and tags MUST be attached. All returns are subject to employee inspection and reserve the right to refuse any return. 2. Non-Returnable Items: Sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable or exchangeable. General non-refundable items include: food, jewelry, purses/bags, home goods, season, spa/beauty items, and sale items. For safety and hygiene reasons, soup mixes, popcorn, opened candles, and used journals/art kits are final sale. 3. Natural Variations: As noted in our disclaimer, natural variations in fabrics and patterns are not considered defects and do not qualify for a "damaged item" return. 4. Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kindredstoneco.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
